I was surprised by the place. It felt like being transported away from Makurdi entirely. It's clean and well kept, and the rustic furniture in the bar and restaurant are just genius design. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Definitely going back there.

Great ambience especially at night. Competent staff are eager to serve and engage with clientele. The spread-out setteing can affect service time a little but it's a relatively small quibble.Drinks are overpriced and menu items are on the high side too but taste pretty good (for what I've tried). The catfish pepper soup is highly recommended if they can keep up it's consistency but at it's price point, your more likely to treat it as an occasional treat than a regular alternative meal.
